We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at khadijarafaqat235@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions and a shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Sale items, gift cards, personalized products, perishable goods, and personal care items are not eligible for returns.
